You will receive an e-mail in the coming days that will confirm your sponsorship(s). Upon receipt of the confirmation, you will be required to submit credit card information for a 20% deposit. IMPORTANT: If we do not receive your 20% deposit within 72 hours of your confirmation email, you will forfeit your sponsorship.

HOW TO SELECT/PURCHASE A SPONSORSHIP ITEM WITH THE PROGRAM
Step 1: Use the Opportunities Grid to complete the below section indicating what items you are interested in. Step 2: It is recommended that you select multiple items in the case your first selection is no longer available. Please note that the Opportunities Grid is updated at least weekly, if not twice a week. However, the grid cannot be updated with each sale. Therefore, there is a chance that the item you choose may have been selected by another Hospitality Partner, but has just not appeared on the grid yet. Step 3: After agreeing to the Terms & Conditions, click submit and you will then receive an email acknowledgement that your application is being reviewed. You will then receive a separate confirmation email at which time a 20% deposit is due to secure your sponsorship. If we do not receive your 20% deposit within 72 hours of your confirmation email, you will forfeit your sponsorship.
